1.Document check and customs declaration
You send the documents sent by the exporter to us. After checking the contents of the document, we identified the appropriate HS code (9-digit number divided by product) for the product. After that, calculate the taxes to be paid. If we complete to check the documents, we declare it to Customs.
2.Replacement payment of customs duty and consumption tax
You will pay customs duties and consumption taxes. We will replace this tax. The payment deadline for the advance payment is determined by the contract.
3.Related work for picking up cargo
In order to pick up the imported cargo, you will need to pay the expenses listed in Arrival Notices and the original B/L (Bill of Lading) or LG (Letter of Guarantee).
These outlets are usually located in business districts in Phnom Penh away from the harbor. We will also prepare for this cargo pickup.
4.Witness customs inspection
If you make an import declaration, you will have a certain probability of being a “customs inspection”. It is like a compulsory inspection by customs officials and cannot be escaped. We will be there for this “customs inspection”.
5.Domestic delivery arrangements
We will discuss the delivery date with your company while checking the port entry status and customs clearance status. We will arrange this delivery. So you just tell the us the desired delivery date.
6.Arranging the devanning
We will work on behalf of removing the container containing the imported contents.
7.Preparation of other documents and application to other institutions
We also prepare documents that require specialized knowledge and apply for them. If you are unfamiliar, you should leave it to us.
